How to Get Started
It's Simple!
Just choose your photos, and we'll help you do the rest.
By phone interview, together we'll determine all aspects of your video.
.............................................................
If you want details, here they are:
1. Choose good quality and a
variety of photos
Recent advances in digital
photos restoration have allowed to bring poorly developed
pictures back to life, however, there is only so much the
software can do. Limited changes such as red eye
removal, lighting correction, and re-framing can be expected. Original
photo’s that are dark and grainy will only be slightly
improved, and will not appear the best.
*Portrait
Photo’s present well, but will have a black boarder around
it, due to the landscape format of televisions.
2. Number Photos in Order
It is best to place post it notes on the back of each photo with numerical
order and captions for the corresponding photo. Avoid marking the back of
photo’s with ink, the ink may bleed onto the photo it is stacked on. This will ruin
one of your treasured pictures.
*
Keep verbiage for captions short ,under 8 words, this will make it
easier for the viewer to read.
3. Choose your Music
The
song(s) should reflect the purpose for the Personal Video Card
(PVC), and will elicit more emotion when it has meaning to
you. Keep in mind that songs vary in length. Although
we can fade out a song if it is too long, your favorite lyrics
may be lost in the fade out.
4. Title and Closing pages
Write
and label your introduction and closing sentiments for
the PVC. Keep verbiage for short where possible. Additional
pages may be added to accommodate your desired verbiage.
5. Request Order via E-mail
6. Send Photo’s
and Music
Send
your materials by either certified mail, UPS, Fed Express,
or any mailing service that tracks delivery which will minimize
the chances of loss. You may also e-mail your photo’s.
